The island has opened up to the public on Sunday July 22^nd 2007. At about 1:30 pm CEST the last advertisements and announcements for the opening of “public townscape” were sent and published.

About only half an hour later about 10% of all available ressources of the island, were utilized. Five hours later, 33% of the ressources were used, by buioldings, places and landscape objects. Many people start to discover the island and to take possesion of it.

A great variety of different buildings emerged, like a pyramid, next to a castle, a windmill, designed lofts, wooden houses, glass-buildings and many more constructions of different kinds. - All of them completely unordered due to the lack of regulation.
